Please make a small video while opening the product if you need to exchange or return a damaged or incorrect piece.

When to return

Return the product only after confirmation from our end, and within three days of that confirmation.

What we cover

Damaged pieces, or a piece that is not the one you ordered, are covered once we have confirmed from your unboxing video.

Commissioned colourways

A piece made to match a particular lehenga or sherwani is confirmed with you before work starts. After that work has begun, it cannot be cancelled or returned except as we agree in writing on email or WhatsApp.
